sir,

We beg to thank you for your letter of yesterday,

regarding Trade Marka registered in Hongkong in the joint

name of curaèlves and a German firm.

According to your requset, we enclose herein a

mounted specimen of each of the Trade Marks, viz:"Che Line",

"Fisherman", "Gong", "Pal Lau" "Three Lions", and "Three

"Stars", and to each sheet de have appended certain

particulara regarding the Registration of the Trade Marke

in England and Hongkong.

The numbers of the darks as Registered in

Hongkong are:-

lass 24: 1118, 1110, 1113, 111, 111 D.

Olaga 541 111A, 1110,

1112,

111 1, 111,

111P,

1116,

but we regret that from the particulars in our possession

we are not able to say which number represents any

particular mark.

The name of the enemy firm concerned is Wm.

Moyerink & Co., Prince's Buildings, Des Vœux Road,

Hongkong.

We trust that the above particulars will enable

Mr. Bonar Law to consider whether it will be possible for

hom to render us any assistance in securing the transfer

into our own name of the Trade darke in question, which

are at present registered in Hongkong in the joint name

of ourselves and 7. Meyerink & Co.
